Our Research Centre & Consulting Services place strong emphasis on Research and Development as it strives to achieve the status of an internationally renowned Research Centre. The Centre conducts extensive research activities in collaboration with institutions and industries locally and abroad focusing on Business Engineering, Information Systems Management, Green Technology, Urban Resource Engineering, Intelligent City and Sustainable Resources. Our aim is to nurture creativity and innovativeness and expand the frontiers of technology and education for the betterment of society.
Center For Information Systems & Policy Research (CISPOR)

“Information Our Focus; International Our Scope; Interdisciplinary our Mindset”

The Center facilitates information policy research through its lecture series, research agenda, consulting and outreach activities, and its information ethics fellows program. With information infrastructures and technologies and the globalization of information evolving at faster pace than our social, legal, and educational systems, it is imperative that information policy issues be examined systematically in an interdisciplinary environment. The Information Systems & Policy Research (CISPOR) welcomes formal and informal collaborations with other institutions and agencies.

The CISPOR research agenda revolves around social, ethical, economic, legal, and technical aspects of information and information technologies with a focus on such key information policy issues as urban resource and transport policy, air and marine resource, intellectual property (copyright, patents, etc.), privacy, equity of access to information, ethics of information use and service, censorship, cyber law, and government, e-commerce and knowledge, corporate and international information policies, and governance.
